Chantal has been working at Progress as a project manager and consultant since September 2016. Per October 2023 she also resides in the management team as Quality Manager Progress.

Educated as a pharmacist, with over 20 years’ experience within the life sciences covering quality assurance, including QP/RP, projectmanagement and operations.

Chantal Nobus started her career as a Production & Product Development Manager at Magistra. Here she was responsible for setting up a non-sterile production facility for liquid and semi-solid administration forms. In 1998, she started as a QA manager / Qualified Person in the pharmaceutical industry with CMO Herkel. With her expertise she formed part of the new-build project team for the setup and validation of the premises in Zeewolde. In addition to this, she ensured that Herkel achieved BRC Food, ISO13485 and 22716 certifications in addition to the GMP licence.

In 2007, she obtained a Master’s degree in Quality Management, with a thesis on change strategy in organizations. She was responsible for setting up a management information system in which KPIs can be identified, defined, implemented, and analyzed across an organization.

Chantal advanced her career at Fagron in 2012, where she was responsible for setting up an aseptic production unit.  She was also responsible for various projects, such as the validation of production processes.
