Your challenges
As a Consultant at Progress Experts in Life Sciences you will have the unique opportunity to be deployed in various capacities, consisting of larger and smaller projects within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries or healthcare sector for example by:
- Providing technical expertise to GMP production teams producing CAR-T cell therapies;
- Supporting clinical manufacturing, playing a crucial role in technology transfers, GMP processes, and process optimization across different client projects;
- Offering troubleshooting and technical support for GMP activities, including deviation management, equipment qualification, and process validation (in some cases participate in a 24/7 remote availability team (“achterwachtdienst”);
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Quality Assurance, to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards;
- Delivering hands-on training and mentoring in aseptic processing and production techniques;
- Supporting process consistency through automated cell culturing platforms and contribute to writing/reviewing SOPs, batch records, and reports;
- Delivering overall expert project management and consultancy services.

Your profile

- Experience: 3-5 years relevant work experience in the Biotech Industry and/or GMP manufacturing, cell & gene therapy processes, technology transfer, and aseptic processing. Familiarity with ERP systems and equipment qualification lifecycle is a plus;
- Education: University or Higher Professional Education (HBO) degree in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, chemical of mechanical engineering or similar;
- Project Management:Proven track record of managing multiple projects with strong stakeholder management, planning, and communication skills in both Dutch and English.
