Prior to joining the Progress team through Tailorminds, I worked in various roles within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in Africa, including Validation/Qualification Management, Quality Operations Management, Quality Management, and Production Management.

As is known in the industry, regulations can change frequently, and it is our responsibility to adhere to new requirements. I have always enjoyed the fast pace and rapidly changing environment in manufacturing, as well as the challenge of complying with new regulatory conditions.

While working at Aspen Global Incorporated in Mauritius, I was approached by Tailorminds for a consulting position in the Netherlands, with the intent to join the Progress team after a two-year period. Although I truly enjoyed Mauritius (with 100% sunshine and great beaches, who wouldn’t?), I felt drawn to the role of a consultant.

The consultant role provided me with the opportunity to offer guidance and input to companies executing greenfield projects (i.e., the design and construction of newly built GMP facilities from scratch) or those lacking personnel with the necessary knowledge and expertise. Additionally, it allowed me to expand my horizons by gaining broader knowledge of various companies’ structures and business strategies. My past experience was with multinationals where global strategies were established, and individual sites had to align with them. Over the past two years as a consultant with Progress, and now as an employee, I have been able to offer input and assistance to multiple companies in the Netherlands. It is personally fulfilling to know that I can help and that my knowledge and background contribute to a company’s growth. What makes being part of the Progress team even better than working as an individual consultant is having the additional support and expertise of an entire team of experts. Having been in roles where I had to hire consultants, I know how valuable it is to have not just one person but a whole team supporting me and my company.

My personal goal at Progress is to continue providing clients with the best possible advice tailored to their specific needs. My vision is for Progress to grow and become the first choice for our customers by consistently offering support and advice of the highest standard.
