Caroline has been with Progress since 2016. She gained experience at Amgen Breda as a Quality Assurance Officer in Artwork Approval and Production roles, as well as a technical writing and project planning in the field of Process Development for Engineering, Validation and Packaging. She is trained in GMP / GDocP regulations and Root Cause Analysis for Document, Change Control, Major/Minor Deviation and CAPA ownership, and PRINCE2 Project Management. Caroline has a strong focus on delivering a solid quality mindset in a practical, flexible manner.

Caroline spends her free time in the woods or in the mountains. Her hobbies include hiking, travelling, and skiing. She also enjoys cooking, board games, and playing the piano.
