Haris joined the company in 2024 as HR Manager. In this role, she is committed to fostering a positive and healthy working environment, empowering and encouraging people to achieve their career goals, helping Progress thrive and prosper.

Haris has extensive experience in HR, at various scale-up and medium-sized companies in the Netherlands and internationally. After successfully completing her Master’s degree in Leiden in 2011, she immediately started her HR career at YESSS Electrical NL, an international private company with headquarters in the UK, where she was subsequently promoted to Manager HR Germany and BeNeLux. Haris consciously chose to work at various companies in 2019, where she could gain experience in different industries and expand her knowledge.
