Indra has been working as a Project Manager and Consultant at Progress since March 2018. In recent years, as a Quality Assurance Specialist, she has focused on improving the Quality Management System (QMS), optimizing change management, and handling customer complaints. Prior to that, she worked as a Process Engineer on the product development of the Covid vaccine.

Indra is certified as a Lean Agile Black Belt and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. She promotes teamwork, visualizes complex processes for better understanding, and ensures practical organization of core responsibilities. She worked on marketing activities for the company. Her creativity stems from a considerable number of years as an independent entrepreneur in the creative sector.

Previously, Indra held various positions at Janssen Biologics, including Team Leader in the Quality Control and Equipment departments of the GMP production facility. In 2011, she earned a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and completed her studies with a graduation project sponsored by Harvard University.
