Progress is an independent consultancy company with customers in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries and in the healthcare sector. We operate internationally, supplying project management, engineering, CMC, validation Lean/OPex and quality assurance services.
History
Progress was founded in 1999 by Paul Linssen. At that time Paul had fifteen years of experience at various pharmaceutical production companies, and he spotted the potential for a consultancy company in this sector. Under his leadership Progress grew steadily. Since 2019 Edwin van den Bos and Oscar Smit are at the helm. They have further professionalized the company and have realized a growth to over 55 consultancy professionals.
Strength
The interaction between qualified and motivated staff, supported by a solid Management Team, is the core strength of Progress. Together, they constantly keep their knowledge and skills up to date.
Quality
Quality is vital for Progress. In December 2008, Progress obtained its ISO 9001 certification. Regular project evaluations are conducted, enabling us to guarantee the high quality of our services and projects. In case our employees are working on projects at the client’s site, obviously, the client’s quality system is leading.
